Corporate Structure

Lavender Ridge Estate Vineyard & Estate Winery will be a Canadian Controlled Private Corporation. The company focus will be managing and operation of their vineyards both owned and under contract, producing and selling wines of distinction through the Lavender Ridge Winery name.

We plan to have the structure benefit both the corporate and non-corporate investor. A non-corporate investor could invest utilizing RRSP funds. This investor would have to own less than 10% of the shares for the investment to be eligible under RRSP investment rules. Under the corporate structure, tax benefits could be available and your financial advisor or accountant could advise you regarding these potential tax saving benefits.

We have retained the legal services of the following companies:
Legacy – Tax & Trust Lawyers, Vancouver BC.
Miller-Thomson – Securities Lawyer, Vancouver BC.
Gilchrist & Company – General Lawyer, Penticton BC.
D.W. Moffatt & Co. Inc – Certified Management Accountant, Penticton BC.

In addition, the project development team consists of the following companies:
