Dividends Plan

The strategy will be to pay out dividends once a positive cash flow from operations has been achieved. Dividends will be paid out at the discretion and approval of the directors, to be voted upon at each year’s Annual General Meeting.

We anticipate the value of the shares to increase significantly once full production is achieved. This increase will be based on the increased fair market value of the land, building, vineyard and operations.
