Investor InformationExit PlanThe primary objection is to formalize an exit strategy. i.e. a procedure by which every shareholder can liquidate his/her investment at fair market value in a timely manner. When an individual shareholder decides that it is time to sell, the “exiting” process should be simple and quick. Further, the seller must receive fair market value for his/her shares. The proposed exiting strategy is designed to accomplish both of these objectives fairly and reasonably. A more formal exit strategy detailing this process will follow in a Shareholders’ Agreement prepared by our lawyers. |
