Current stage of development

We have retained the services of Legacy Tax & Trust Lawyers from Vancouver, Miller - Thomson, Securities Lawyer, of Vancouver and Geoff Severide of Gilchrist & Company of Penticton to oversee the setup & share structure of this corporation as it relates to tax advantages for the individuals & the winery. All finalized documents will be handled by Geoff Severide.

The development team consists of the following: Bevanda Architects Inc., Nick Bevanda, MAIBC, MRAIC; AIA along with Greyback Construction Ltd, Darren Moffatt CMA has also been retained for accounting purposes and also to work with the lawyers and tax specialists to achieve our financial goals.
